Al Assaba is entering an exciting new phase of development, with the team set to compete in the U23 DOFA League next season. This competition will provide a high-level platform for our young players to gain valuable experience, develop their skills, and prepare for the next stage of their football journey.
The U23 programme is a key part of our long-term vision, with a clear objective of building a strong pathway for players to progress into senior football by 2027 and 2028. Through elite training, competitive match experience, and a professional development environment, we aim to produce a new generation of talent capable of making an impact at the highest level.
Beyond the U23 team, Al Assaba's future ambitions extend to the senior game, with plans for the first team to compete in the UAE Division 3 professional league. This represents a significant milestone in the club's growth and reflects our commitment to creating a sustainable football structure that develops players from youth level through to the professional ranks.
